Connecticut Waterfront Properties is a boutique firm covering all of Darien and waterfront properties in the six towns from Greenwich to Fairfield. We are the only firm with this focus.
We do the legwork for clients — buyers and sellers — by sifting the chaff from the wheat, saving them time by sorting through the overabundance of information on the internet and zeroing in on the properties that are truly “waterfront.” (Many properties miles from the coast are falsely identified as “waterfront” because they are located in a town on the water, have a stream in the backyard, or even if they come with “beach rights”!)
We personally inspect virtually all the waterfront/water-view properties on the market, so that the information buyers and sellers receive from us is focused and accurate.
The firm was founded in 2004 by John Tibbetts, a licensed Realtor since 1981. He also has experience as a landlord, in property management and development, and with mortgage financing, which offers clients a comprehensive and unique perspective throughout the purchase or sale process.
